While they build their farm store, Heaven Scent Farm has a seasonal roadstand at 9273 Rte 21 in Cohocton -- where you can pick up their cheeses from May through October, in addition to several Finger Lakes Wineries and the Corning Summer & Winter Markets.

Kenton's Cheese Co.
Kenton's Cheese Co. is located in Trumansburg and is part of Burr-Ayr Dairy, a 6th generation dairy. While there is no farm store on site, you can find their brie and swiss cheeses in many markets and wineries throughout the Finger Lakes. And at the Ithaca Farmers Market every week.
Cheeses: Bianco, a brie-style soft cheese.

Crosswinds Farm & Creamery

Crosswinds Farm & Creamery is located in Ovid, and can be identified easily by their white, hoop-style barn. Fresh & Alpine style cheeses are the focus, as well as meats and other farm products. Their products are available on the farm and at many area retail locations (check website for complete listing), as well as the Ithaca Farmers Market.
Morning Glory: A soft, fresh pasteurized cows' milk cheese with a rich texture and tangy flavor similar to chevre. It spreads nicely and can be used for baking, fillings, crumbles, or simply eaten out of the container! -- plain & chive
Butternut: A baby Swiss.

Tumino Cheese Co.
The Tumino Cheese Company creates their line of traditional Italian style cheeses at Cornell's Food Processing & Development Lab in Ithaca. At this time they have no store front, but their cheeses are available at Fox Run Vineyards and King Ferry Winery.
Tomettas: Malvie (short aged), Cat's Elbow (red pepper)
Tomas: Old Grey Mare (short aged), Razzie's Choice (semi-aged red pepper), Song (semi-aged juniper berries), Kidders (semi-aged peppercorn), Captain Ogden (long aged)
