The Finger Lakes Cheese Alliance is made up of 12 working family farms and producers, each creating their own brand of artisanal and farmstead cheeses. In addition, we have several Associate Members who support the Alliance -- from wineries and stores that carry our cheese, to accommodations that send their guests out for an "on-the-farm" experience. We invite you to tour the Trail and enjoy our cheeses and the products and services that compliment it so well!


Mozzarella! Cheddars! Washed Rind Stinkies! Chevre! Blues! Fresh Curds! And now, Italian Cheeses! You'll find it all in the Alliance! Visit our Destination Farms throughout the year (find their hours on our Hours Page, and directions on our Map Page). And catch up with many of our Production-Only Farms during the Finger Lakes Cheese Festival and other Trail and offsite events.

Remember, we are small, family run working farms and while we may have published hours, sometimes things come up. 


So for the best trip ever, call the farms before visiting. And always to dress comfortably with good walking shoes or sneakers. Heels are a really bad plan on a farm.
